Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S. Only) We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipping to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).

  • Excluded Areas: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO military addresses due to the size and weight of our products.

  • No PO Boxes: Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all shipments.

Shipping Timeframes Products are shipped via trusted carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and are typically delivered within 6-8 business days.

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3-5 business days after your order is picked up by the carrier. 

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 24-48 hours.

Address Accuracy & Redirects A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee (to cover the cost of the second shipment).

  • You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders, as carriers may need to contact you for delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED? If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Please note that weather conditions or carrier peak seasons may impact transit times.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the contiguous United States.
